It was indeed a pleasure and a privilege to have you as the SouthernCare's "Climbing the Mountain of Success Together" leadership speaker in Denver. I have to admit three things; First, I work in a very tough health care field, and there is not too much that many can say about what we do. Second, I also need to tell you that I have been to quite a few leadership, sales, motivational and marketing seminars and have walked away with the feeling of "I heard all of that". Third, I was stunned, simply stunned. You opened with the very things that I am struggling with in life. Your presentation was from the heart and it hit home for me.
My words cannot express the impact that you had on our entire team. The "Circle of Authenticity" and the other leadership information that you presented has helped me with my team dynamic process at work, it has helped me in my marriage, with working towards my MBA and most of all with my spiritual growth process.
Your strong words and real life experiences from both inside and outside of your life provided an action base concept that has brought about some positive changes in my life. You have inspired me and you have played a pivotal role in assisting and honoring our leadership at SouthernCare.
